I didn’t actually stay at this hotel, but their lack of amenities for bedwetters (along with the prices) were among the reasons I didn’t book with them.

The hotel does have a very helpful chat feature, which allows would-be guests to message the staff with inquiries, rather than calling. I opened the chat box and asked the staff person about the availability of waterproof mattress covers.

They told me they would ask housekeeping and get back to me, and asked for a number to reach me at. As I was in another country and didn’t want to take a long distance call, I gave them my email.

A short while later, I received an email from the hotel that informed me that “I am afraid our hotel doesn’t have any waterproof mattress or waterproof bed covers.”

I appreciated the prompt response and ease of getting in touch with staff. I was disappointed that nothing was available. I ended up finding another place to stay.

Details of Stay:

I live in Houston and like many Houstonians, my house was damaged by Harvey. My roof leaked and I’ve had terrible mold problems so I needed to stay here until mold removal was finished. I called ahead of time and asked if their beds were protected. They told me they could put on a waterproof mattress cover in my room and it was on when I got into my room. My protection did its job most nights.

When I had leaks I simply called housekeeping and told them I needed new sheets and they were changed by the time I got home from work. A very good friend who knows I went the bed visited from Utah during my stay. No hassles and overall a good stay.
