Details of Stay and Recommendation:
I emailed the hotel in advance of my stay, and asked if they had any waterproof mattress covers available for guests. They responded:
“I have checked with our housekeeping department and was advised that we do not have any waterproof mattress covers available. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any other inquires. Have a good day!”
While it was prompt and friendly, given the nature of the response, this rather expensive hotel earned a 2.
