This review was submitted by a reader, my thanks for the review, and also this was submitted a long time ago and I lost it in my files.

I contacted Hilton Liverpool in  advance to ask for a protector. Hilton Liverpool said they  didn’t have one but could order one but they would need to  add the cost to my reservation. I was fine with that but
then they never charged me for it anyway!

I emailed in advance to inquire about extra protection for my mattress. The reply I got back was terse. “I’m sorry but we do not offer waterproof mattress covers.” I brought and used my own protection, and had a few leaks that were changed without complaint or a fee. Still, the unhelpful tone of the email left me cold. I would give it a 2 on your Enuresis scale.
